MULTI-LEAF FIRE & SMOKE DAMPERS

Fire & Smoke Dampers are installed where ventilation or air conditioning ducts penetrate walls or floors that separate the building into fire compartments and prevent the spread of fire inside the building through the air conditioning and ventilation systems.

• Optional additional frame which allows expansion of the damper in case of fire, without affecting the structural integrity of the wall or floor in which the damperis installed.

FSD-TD TYPE

• Construction of galvanized sheet metal. Possibility of manufacturing from stainless steel sheet 316 or 430, upon request.
• Dimensions from 100 mm to 1.000 mm. Ability to connect 2 or more dampers in a single assembly for dimensions exceeding 1.000 x 1.000 mm.
• Fire resistance class ES120 according to the EN-13501-3 standard.
• LPCB certified (LPS 1162).
• Installation according to BS EN 1366-2 and BS 476-20/22 standards.
• They have CE certification in accordance with the BS EN 15460 standard.
• Class C frame leakage, Class 2 blade leakage according to EN 1751.
• Compatible with smoke sensors to protect emergency exits and hazardous areas during sleep. Compatible with automation and fire protection systems.
• The electric motor has a thermal fuse set to expand the damper at 72 °C.
• Closing the damper by means of strong springs. The reset is done with a 24V or 230V electric motor.
• HOT300 type with special additional protective shell of the electric motor, for operation of the damper at temperatures up to 300 °C for 60 minutes.
