FIRE GRILLES
Fire grilles are installed in fire doors, plasterboard walls and horizontal air ducts preventing the spread of fire inside the building through the air conditioning and ventilation systems. Upon exposure to elevated temperatures, they rapidly expand to fill the opening in which they are installed, creating a single, non-combustible mass. This prevents fire and smoke from spreading through the opening.With no moving parts and a smooth plastic exterior, they require no maintenance.
IFBM TYPE
- Fire resistance for 60 min for installation in doors, according to BS EN 1634-1:2014 standard.
- Fire resistance for 120 min for installation in walls and ducts according to BS 476-20:1987 standard.
- 60% free surface .
- Black plastic outer shell. Other colors available on request.
BRG TYPE
- Certified according to EN 1364-5-2017 and EN 1363-1: 2012 standards.
