Dynamic wall-mount extractor fans with motorised opening system for connection to extract duct. Suitable for installation in industrial buildings, stores or in any other type of building.

Fan:

• Helicoidal casing support and fixing flange to allow easy wall anchorage and installation.
• Tubular casing in sheet steel with external terminal box.
• PL impellers manufactured in polyamide 6 re-inforced with fibreglass. AL impellers manufactured in cast aluminum. Models 40-2T, 45-2T, 100-4T-15, 100-4T-20 and 125 are only supplied in AL version.
• Anti-contact protective grille pursuant to standard UNE-EN ISO 12499.
• Airflow direction from motor to impeller.

Extruded aluminum flap:

• Very robust structure able to withstand extreme weather conditions.
• Water-tight design to prevent water entry.
• Aluminum profile with thermal bridge breaking.
• Highly-efficient thermical insulating used in the central piece and the structure.
• Thermical resistivity < 0.89 W/m2·K.
• Limit switch on both positions (open and closed).
• Possibility to be assembled so that it opens from the top or the bottom. Size 125 only opens from the top.
• Manual opening system.
• Anti-corrosive extruded aluminum.
• RAL7016 supplied as standard. Any other RAL can be supplied on demand.

Motor:

• IE3 efficiency motors.
• Class F motors with ball bearings and IP55 protection.
• Single-phase 230V-50Hz and three-phase 230/400V-50Hz (up to 4 kW) and 400/690V 50Hz (powers greater than 4 kW).
• Maximum temperature of air to be carried: -25 ºC to +60 ºC.

Actuator:

• Reliability >11.000 double cycles.
• Supply voltage 230 Vac-50Hz.
• Operating temperature: -25°C to +60°C.
