Installation of piping network
To optimize the system, eliminating all risks of particle accumulation and reducing suction power, it is recommended to install the piping in a way that makes it possible to create the widest possible radii of curvature.

Correct fitting of parts

When installing the components, it is important to correctly orient the curves towards the central power unit. This allows the central power unit to suck up the material more easily.

Proper cutting and gluing of pipes
Pipes should only be cut with special cutters to achieve a perfect cut. After cutting remove any material shavings inside and outside the cut. Clean the surface to be glued. Apply glue only to the "male" joint and in an amount that may leave visible residue when the joint is inserted.

In-floor piping installation
The minimum thickness that the floor must have for in-floor installation is: Pipe diameter + 2cm. The installation of the pipes should be done along the passage of the doors, to avoid crossing the walls that divide the two environments.

Installation of pipes in false ceiling
For suspended ceiling installation, it is important to use rubber-lined supports along the main line to prevent vibration-induced noise and allow dust to settle. It is recommended to place electrical boxes under the false ceiling so that it is possible to check the electrical connections.
