ELECTROSTATIC FILTERS

Electrostatic filters are the ideal solution, in air conditioning and ventilation systems of professional & industrial spaces, to keep the produced air pollutants under control and also to clean the supplied air. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS

APPLICATIONS OF ELECTROSTATIC FILTERS IN PROFESSIONAL KITCHENS

Commercial kitchens are areas with a high concentration of polluting particles in the air (fats, cooking smoke, odors, etc.). As this air is sucked in by the funnels only a percentage of 20% of these polluting particles are retained by the grease filters (stainless steel or aluminium) at the entrance of the kitchen hood. The electrostatic filter offers retention of polluting particles, which have remained in the air after the grease filter, up to 96% if 1 electrostatic filter is installed or up to 99% if 2 electrostatic filters are installed in series (test according to ASHRAE 52.2-2012). They are also NIOSH 5026 certified (oil mist test) with up to 96% efficiency.
