AIR PURIFICATION UNIT CLEAN
The CLEAN unit is designed by AIRTECHNIC to achieve the best air purification from contaminants such as smoke, solder fumes, oils, poisonous gases and vapors, soot, as well as the elimination of odors. Its construction is in accordance with the regulations of Environmental Protection and the instructions of the Health Service (ΦΕΚ 2161, No. Υ1γ / Γ.Π / οικ. 47829).
APPLICATIONS
CLEAN units are suitable for use in special applications with wood burning or charcoal use, with the necessary condition of the customer's cooperation with our design department, the use of electrostatic flters and the rest of the ventilation network to be suitable for this type of application. INDICATIVE FILTRATION STAGES
1st STAGE : Electrostatic filter (alternatively : Electrostatic filter + UVC lamps).
2nd STAGE : Panel metal filter G2, 48 mm (single or double stage).
3rd STAGE : Panel synthetic filter G4, 48 ή 96 mm (alternatively : Panel synthetic filter Μ5, 48 mm).
4th STAGE : Glass fiber rigid pocket filter F9, 292 mm.
5th STAGE : Absolute glass fiber rigid pocket filter Ε11 ή Ε12, 292 mm.
6th STAGE : Absolute glass fiber rigid pocket filter Η13, 292 mm.
7th STAGE : Activated carbon or mixture with 50% activated alumina cartridges (single or double stage).
8th STAGE (optional) : Perfume distribution system, with pump and timer.
Μονάδα απόσμησης, ενδεικτικού τύπου CLEAN της AIRTECHNIC, κατάλληλη για χρήση σε κεντρική χοάνη κουζίνας με μεγάλη ένταση οσμών και ρύπων. Θα διαθέτει προφίλ αλουμινίου πλάτους 50 mm, με τοιχώματα σάντουιτς από γαλβανισμένο χαλυβδοέλασμα και μόνωση πολυουρεθάνης πυκνότητας 48 kg/m3. Θα διαθέτει φίλτρα ενισχυμένου τύπου και υψηλής διάρκειας ζωής, τα οποία θα συμφωνούν με τα πρότυπα ISO 16890, EN 779-2012 και ΕΝ1822, τοποθετημένα σε ειδικά σχεδιασμένους στεγανούς οδηγούς. Όλη η μονάδα θα είναι υδατοστεγής και αεροστεγής και θα διαθέτει θυρίδες επίσκεψης για εύκολο έλεγχο και αντικατάσταση των φίλτρων. ΚΑΤΟΠΙΝ ΖΗΤΗΣΗΣ μπορεί να διαθέτει σκέπαστρο βροχής / πίνακα ελέγχου με τους απαραίτητους διαφορικούς πρεσσοστάτες και λαμπτήρες για την οπτική προειδοποίηση της κατάστασης των φίλτρων / ρυθμιστή στροφών inverter της AIRTECHNIC / αισθητήριο διαφορικής πίεσης στον αεραγωγό προσαγωγής. Θα είναι κατάλληλη για χρήση σε ειδικές εφαρμογές με καύση ξύλου ή χρήση κάρβουνου, εάν το υπόλοιπο δίκτυο αερισμού διαθέτει ηλεκτροστατικό φίλτρο και είναι κατάλληλο για τέτοιου είδους εφαρμογή. Η μονάδα απόσμησης μπορει να περιλαμβάνει τα εξής στάδια φίλτρανσης :
♦ Ηλεκτροστατικό φίλτρο / Ηλεκτροστατικό φίλτρο + λάμπες UVC
♦ Επίπεδο μεταλλικό φίλτρο G2, 48 mm (μονό ή διπλό στάδιο)
♦ Επίπεδο συνθετικό φίλτρο G4, 48 ή 96 mm / Επίπεδο συνθετικό φίλτρο Μ5, 48 mm
♦ Σταθερό σακόφιλτρο ινών γυαλιού F9, 292 mm
♦ Απόλυτο σταθερό σακόφιλτρο ινών γυαλιού Ε11 ή Ε12, 292 mm
♦ Απόλυτο σταθερό σακόφιλτρο ινών γυαλιού Η13, 292 mm
♦ Φυσίγγια ενεργού άνθρακα ή μείγματος με 50% ενεργή αλουμίνα (μονό ή διπλό στάδιο) (επαναγεμίσιμα)

Θα συνοδεύεται από πιστοποίηση CΕ. Το εργοστάσιο κατασκευής θα είναι πιστοποιημένο κατά ISO 9001:2015 (Συστήματα Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας) και κατά ISO 14001:2015 (Συστήματα Περιβαλλοντικής Διαχείρισης).

Air purification unit, indicative type CLEAN of AIRTECHNIC, suitable for use in a central kitchen hood with high intensity of odors and pollutants. It will have an aluminium profile 50 mm in width, with double walls made of galvanized steel sheet and polyurethane insulation with a density of 48 kg/m3. It will have reinforced and long life filters, which will comply with the standards ISO 16890, EN 779-2012 and EN1822, mounted on specially designed watertight guides. The entire unit will be watertight and airtight and will have access doors for easy inspection and replacement of filters. UNDER REQUEST it may have rain cover / control panel with the necessary differential pressure switches and lights to visually warn of the filters condition / AIRTECHNIC inverter for speed adjustment / differential pressure sensor in the supply air duct. It will be suitable for use in special applications with burning wood or charcoal use, if the rest of the ventilation network has an electrostatic filter and is suitable for such application. The unit may include the following filtration stages:
