KOOL IP55 AIR CURTAINS
High velocity air jet / cold stores and freezers
- “A” type without heating, air only.
- For door width 1.000 mm up to 3.000 mm.
- For heights 2,5 m up to 4,0 m.

- Medium and large sized buildings.
- Cold stores.
- Isolation of areas where smoking is allowed.
TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Specially recommended in applications with extrem cold and/or humidity and/or corrosion conditions.
- Self-supporting casing construction made of galvanized steel plate, finished in structural epoxy-polyester painting white colour RAL9016 as standard. Other colours or stainless steel are available on request.
- Large faceted inlet grille avoiding intensive maintenance. Also available with flat micro-perforated inlet grille, more elegant for commercial doors where heating is not needed.
- Anodized aluminium outlet vanes, airfoil shaped, adjustable from 0 to 15º each side.
- Double-inlet centrifugal fans driven by an external rotor motor and low noise level with special IP55 protection made by: sealed bearings, encapsulate stator and wire sealed with silicone. 5-speed selector.
- Includes IP55 waterproof case for electronic components and transformer and all wire connections, including IP68 press releases.
- IMPORTANT : The electronic and transformer waterproof case cannot be assembled inside the air curtain. The customer should look for a place outside the air curtain. The dimensions of this case are 170 x 225 x 150 mm.
- Includes Plug&Play control with 7 m RJ45 cable and infrared remote control.
- Optional : Clever control (programmable, automatic, intelligent, energy saving, Modbus RTU for BMS…).
- Ειδικά σχεδιασμένες για εγκατάσταση σε πόρτες χώρων με ακραίο ψύχος ή/και υγρασία ή/και διαβρωτικές συνθήκες.
- Αυτό-στηριζόμενη κατασκευή περιβλήματος από γαλβανισμένη λαμαρίνα, βαμμένη με πολυεστερικό λευκό χρώμα RAL 9016 ως στάνταρ. Διαθέσιμη βαφή σε άλλα χρώματα ή κατασκευή με ανοξείδωτη λαμαρίνα κατόπιν απαίτησης.
- Διάτρητο στόμιο αναρρόφησης για εύκολη συντήρηση. Εναλλακτικά μπορεί να διατεθεί και με επίπεδο μικρο-διάτρητο στόμιο με πιο κομψή εμφάνιση, για πόρτες όπου δεν απαιτείται θέρμανση.
- Ακροφύσια από ανοδιωμένο αλουμίνιο με αεροδυναμικά πτερύγια, ρυθμιζόμενα από 0° έως 15° σε κάθε κατεύθυνση.
- Φυγοκεντρικοί ανεμιστήρες διπλής αναρρόφησης, χαμηλής στάθμης θορύβου, με κινητήρα 5 ταχυτήτων εξωτερικού ρότορα, με ειδική προστασία IP55.
- Περιλαμβάνει αδιάβροχη IP55 θήκη για τα ηλεκτρονικά εξαρτήματα, τον μετασχηματιστή και όλες τις καλωδιακές συνδέσεις.
- ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: Η αδιάβροχη θήκη δεν μπορεί να συναρμολογηθεί μέσα στην αεροκουρτίνα, αλλά έξω απ' αυτήν. Οι διαστάσεις αυτής της θήκης είναι 170 x 225 x 150 mm.
- Περιλαμβάνονται: Ασύρματο χειριστήριο & χειριστήριο Plug&Play με 7 m καλώδιο RJ45.
- Προαιρετικά: Interface για σύνδεση με BMS (Modbus RTU).
